Triple accreditation

Lancaster is one of the few business schools in the world to hold triple accreditation – recognition of the quality of everything we do from the three leading international accreditation bodies for the business school sector (AACSB, EQUIS and the Association of MBAs).

Triple accreditation is confirmation of the international scope and standing of Lancaster University Management School.

AACSB logo

AACSB: is the leading American business school accreditation body, which has accredited all of the USA's top business schools such as Harvard, Stanford and Wharton amongst others. AACSB is becoming global in its reach.

Equis logo

EQUIS: is the leading European business school accreditation kitemark, managed by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). Like AACSB, EQUIS is becoming global in reach. The EQUIS process requires, in particular, that internationalisation and strong organisational relationships are embedded in the School's activities.

AMBA logo

The Association of MBAs: although UK-based in its origins, this is the only accreditation body to focus on MBA programmes around the world. Lancaster's Full-time MBA and Executive MBA programmes, and the MSc in Management, are all accredited by the Association of MBAs.
