Current Research
1. Corporate governance and price timeliness
This research (with Dr. Wendy Beekes and Prof. Philip Brown) examines the link between corporate governance and the informativeness of firm disclosures in 25 OECD countries.
2. Financial integration and price timeliness
This research (with Dr. Wendy Beekes and Prof. Philip Brown) examines the impact of country-level financial integration on price discovery process. Our tests are based on a large panel of public firms from 25 emerging economies during the period 1996-2009.
