How time flies! As the MA in HR & Knowledge Management (now an MSc) was coming to an end, I realised I had been enjoying it too much to notice the time. This has been a really fruitful year for me. I became even more interested in human resource and knowledge management.
I plan to pursue a career in the area of HR. I believe what I have gained at Lancaster prepares me well for the coming challenges. It is not that the course is practical, or hands-on. It is nothing like that. Instead it led me into a variety of areas like sociology, psychology and philosophy - which are precisely the roots for management and organisational studies. It kept me reading, thinking and arguing. It really transformed the way I think, and look at things. People here are mostly friendly and helpful. Curiosity is always encouraged, the environment 100% supportive! Coming to Lancaster for this course was the best choice I have ever made.
