It has been a wonderful experience studying in the UK's leading Management School. My BSc in Management Science course offered me flexible transferable skills and a wide range of knowledge within the subject, including IT and statistics - I really enjoyed studying Management Science.
The staff in the Management Science Department were really helpful and we get personal supervision on most courses. In the field of management in particular, Lancaster University has excellent teaching quality and research accomplishments, which provide really valuable opportunities and skills that will be of benefit to me throughout my professional career.
While at Lancaster I was also a member of the Chinese Society and the Chinese Students and Scholars Association, and was involved in the social activities of my college - Bowland. The colleges at Lancaster give you a rich and colourful social life.
Immediately after graduating from Lancaster University I received a job offer from Lara Nichols Ltd - a company which is growing fast in north west England. At Lara Nichols I'm employed as a Human Resource Manager. I'm also involved in the Knowledge Transfer Programme being run by the University of Central Lancashire, based in Preston, which is 50 kilometers south of Lancaster.
