Departmental Research Seminars
Friday seminars will begin at 2.15pm and finish at 3.30pm. All seminars this term will be be in Lecture Theatre 6, Management School.

Travellers by rail may check train times via Rail Track but be sure to confirm details with a train operator before departure. If you arrive by train, please go the taxi stand outside platform 3 (for North bound train) and ask for Lancaster University, the Management School.
Travellers by road should turn off the M6 motorway at junction 33. Upon entering the University from the main entrance, turn right at the first roundabout. You will then pass the Ruskin and the Main Libraries on your left. The Management School is down Gillow Avenue, on the left. Accommodation
For convenience there is the Lancaster House Hotel (Tel: 44 1524 844822, Fax: 44 1524 844766) which is on campus and is just opposite the Management School and is within 10 minutes walk to the seminar room. Cheaper accommodation on campus (Tel: 44 1524 593554) is not likely to be available during the Michaelmas Term and the Lent Term but may be available during the Summer Term when some of the undergraduate students are studying at home. The telephone number for the Tourist Board in Lancaster is 44 1524 582394. The Tourist Board will be able to give information for other hotels not mentioned here.
