The Department of Accounting and Finance at Lancaster is widely regarded as one of the premier centres in Europe to study accounting and finance-related subjects.
The Department currently boasts over 20 full-time academic staff dedicated to teaching and researching all aspects of accounting and finance. Reflecting its international research reputation, many of the department’s senior staff hold high-profile advisory roles in the accounting and finance profession.
Approximately 100 students choose to study accounting and finance undergraduate degrees at Lancaster every year. In addition to a large UK student intake, the Department’s reputation for excellence attracts students from across the world, including Europe, Africa, North and South America, and Asia.
