Decision Making II
This covers aspects of organisational decision-making and the context within which OR studies are conducted. The discussions will be based around a video of an ethnographic study of a large capital investment decision faced by British Steel. The session will cover: decision processes; decision variables and analysis; rational decision making; and limitations of human and organisational decision-making.
Consultancy Skills
This includes group work, intertwined with further lecture material concerning a range of consultancy skills, etc.
