Graduate recruitment services for employers
LUMS offers you a substantial pool of outstanding and proven graduates in general and specialist subjects in business and management, at undergraduate, postgraduate - including MBA - and doctoral level. Our graduates are recruited by many of the top employers around the world and regularly achieve success at the highest levels of management.
Our goal is to make it easy for you to advertise your vacancies, raise your organisation's profile on campus and meet and interview our students. You can send us your job vacancies and we will advertise them to our students, and you can book facilities within the School to present information on your opportunities or to interview short-listed students.
We work closely with the University's main Careers Service, particularly on undergraduate recruitment. Several of our graduate programmes - the MBA, the MSc in Management and our MSc programmes in Finance - have their own specialist careers units, whilst the School's Management Science department has a long history of working closely with employers who wish to recruit operational research analysts.
