MBA project case studies
Applying theory to practice is a key part of postgraduate study at LUMS. The Corporate Challenge on the Lancaster MBA is a short team-based consulting project lasting for six weeks between June and August.
For the students, the project is a way by which they can apply their experience, together with the learning from the MBA, to a “live” business situation. Companies benefit from having a useful additional, experienced and cost-effective resource to help research and solve a business issue or problem.
Our case studies provide examples of the kinds of Corporate Challenges undertaken by Lancaster MBA students in the recent past. Each project is different. Each addresses unique and real business challenges faced by the sponsoring organisation. The case studies provide a flavour of the project experience and indicate just how companies and students have benefitted from the experience.
