MBA Consultancy Challenge

MBA Consultancy Challenge projects run for two weeks in early Spring. Our students work with clients mainly in the north of England.

Organisations commissioning projects SMEs are typically medium-sized  businesses and public-sector organisations. Each year we allocate at least 20% of the Consultancy Challenge projects to not-fo- profit organisations and social enterprises.

How to commission a project

The Consultancy Challenge provides an opportunity for an organisation to review a problem area or opportunity with the benefit of experienced external help. The two-week group project will provide diagnosis and ideas for moving the business forward.

There is no charge to the organisation except travelling and phone call expenses. To initiate this work the only thing we need is an area for review or an opportunity that the organisation would welcome some input on.

If you would like to discuss an idea for a project, please contact Jane Foster.
