The e-skills Professional Programme delivers improved organisational and financial returns by accelerating the business contribution of professionals in the early years of their IT careers.
Launched in 2009, the programme has been designed by e-skills UK and leading employers including: British Airways, BT, Cancer Research UK, Carphone Warehouse, Centrica, EDS, Cabinet Office, IBM, NHS and Oracle.
The e-skills Professional Programme is a pioneering industry-designed, postgraduate programme which fast tracks the careers of new IT professionals. In this video, participants and employers describe the benefits of the programme.
This postgraduate programme helps organisations of all sizes, and across sectors, public and private, offer internationally-recognised, high quality learning and development to their staff.
The programme can be studied while in full-time employment over 12-18 months and delivers industry recognised skills in:

- business analysis
- leadership and personal development
- change management
- IT project management
- business solution design and development
Participants achieve higher education credits which contribute towards a Masters qualification.
