Assessment
The programme is assessed by means of two coursework assignments, each of around 3,000 words.
The first of these is completed after the Leading Teams module, and focuses on you as a leader; here you will draw on material covered in the first three modules of the programme.
The second is scheduled after the fifth module and takes an organisational perspective, allowing you to apply material from the final two modules to particular issues within your own work setting.
