Entry requirements

In our admissions process we aim to select exceptional delegates from the housing sector (Registered Social Landlords, Arms Length Management Organisations and local authorities) with senior management experience.

Admissions criteria

For admission to the programme you will normally be required to have:

  • a good first degree from a recognised university, or a degree-equivalent professional qualification
  • at least five years' professional/managerial work experience
  • two good references from your current employer, one being from your immediate line manager

What if I don't have a degree?

Those who satisfy the above requirements but do not have a degree may be admitted subject to satisfactory completion of the Lancaster Admissions Essay and a discussion with the Programme Director.

Application dates

The programme begins in April or May each year, and we accept applications all year round. The maximum number of delegates is 18 so we suggest that you apply early to avoid disappointment. Applications should be made by the end of March at the latest for that year's intake.
