Professor Howorth teaches modules at postgraduate and undergraduate levels on the topics of family business and entrepreneurship.

Quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Profile
Carole Howorth is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at Lancaster University Management School.
Her research combines quantitative and qualitative methods and centres on the juxtaposition of business and social values within entrepreneurship. She has examined this in a variety of contexts, most notably family businesses. Carole is currently studying various aspects of entrepreneurship in family businesses.
