Finance training for executives in the Middle East and Africa
Gulf One Lancaster Centre for Economic Research (GOLCER) delivered three highly successful training programmes in "Budgeting and Forecasting for Business Professionals" in the Middle East and Africa this year.
Lancaster joins with UCL and York to launch the 2009-10 China-UK Entrepreneurship Challenge
Lancaster, York and UCL are the three key university partners in the UK, working closely with the China Innovation and Development Association (CIDA), Chongqing University and other key players in China to deliver this year's China-UK Entrepreneurship Challenge competition.
Chinese Consul General praises high-quality LUMS students
LUMS welcomed the new Consul General of the Chinese Embassy in Manchester, Mr Ni Jian, in a recent visit to Lancaster. Mr Ni praised the high-quality Chinese students studying at Lancaster and wished all students well with their future careers.

International Programmes
Undergraduate double-degree programme:
BBA in European Management - a four-year integrated undergraduate degree programme in which students spend two years at Lancaster and two years studying and working in France, Germany, Italy or Spain.
Post-experience programmes designed for managers and executives:
Lancaster Global MBA - currently run in Singapore, and coming soon to India and Jordan.
IMPM - the world-renowned International Masters in Practicing Management is a leadership programme for senior managers - delivered in the UK, Canada, France, India, Japan and Korea.
