Leadership Programmes
We offer a wide variety of programmes, including Masters courses for individuals and customised leadership development designed for organisations. These include:
- International Masters in Practicing Management (IMPM) A two-year part-time Masters delivered around the world by LUMS and a consortium of the world's leading business schools.
- Global Advanced Leadership Programme (ALP) A six-month modular programme for teams of senior-level executives from multinational companies.
- MA in Management Learning & Leadership (MAMLL) Two-year part-time programme that develops the management, learning and leadership practices of participants and their organisations.
- The LEAD Programme
LEAD is a cutting-edge programme for SME owner-managers to drive the development and growth of their business.
- Leadership for Housing A modular programme, developed with the National Housing Federation, and aimed at those in senior management positions within housing associations.
Lancaster Leadership Centre
The Lancaster Leadership Centre was set up to provide customised leadership development interventions that help corporate leaders and senior executives around the world to drive forward change, improve performance and develop the leadership talent within their workforce.
