Lancaster University Management School Scholarships
Significant funds are available for postgraduate taught study in all Management disciplines.
Scholarships will typically be in the region of £1,000 to £5,000 but may be up to 50% of the fees. These generous scholarships are provided for UK, EU and International applicants.
Scholarships are available for applicants with an outstanding academic profile. Other merit based criteria, such as work experience, are also taken into account and may vary by programme.
Applicants will automatically be considered for these awards for as long as the funds are available. Applicants are therefore strongly advised to apply early so as not to miss out on these scholarship opportunities. Lancaster University Management School Alumni Bursary
Lancaster University graduates (2011 and 2012 graduates) achieving at least a 2.1 will automatically receive a £1,000 fee reduction on acceptance of their offer (payment of a deposit is required).
Discipline Specific Awards
MSc International Business: Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme:
The leading global reputation of LUMS and the MSc International Business has again been recognised in the award of a Commonwealth Shared Scholarship. This Scholarship covers all fees, a monthly stipend, return travel to Lancaster and some academic expenses (books etc) and is open to applicants who are nationals of any Commonwealth Member Country. Competition for this award is extremely strong and only applicants who satisfy the admissions criteria with an outstanding academic background and evidence of a broader contribution to society will be considered. The closing date for applications is 30 March 2012.
Dean’s Scholarship for Business and Information Technology: 2 awards will be offered under a competitive basis for UK/EU students applying to the MSc in Information Technology Management and Organisational Change and MSc in E-Business and Innovation, to the value of half fees. Applicants will be considered automatically for this award.
