Programme fees and living costs
The fees for October 2012 entry to the MSc ITMOC programme are:
UK and EU students: £9,200 (GBP)
Overseas students: £14,000 (GBP)
The fee includes:
- registration
- all tuition and assessment for the 12 months
- graduation
If you accept a place on the programme, you will be asked to pay a small deposit to secure your place. The deposit is then deducted from your tuition fees which you pay when you start the programme. It is not normally refundable if you change your mind about coming to Lancaster, but can be refunded if you are unable to meet any conditions attached to the offer.
Payment of fees
Fees are payable on registration at the start of the programme. It is also possible to spread your fee payments over two instalments: in October and January.
General living costs
In addition to your tuition fees, you will also need to budget for other living expenses such as food, accommodation, books and other items.
Fortunately Lancaster, being a campus university, is a cheaper place to live in than many other larger cities in the UK. For estimated costs of what you may need to budget for your year, see the general guidance on living costs for postgraduate students.
