Entry requirements

The entry requirement for the MSc in Operational Research and Management Science, the MSc in Management Science and Market Analysis and the MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is normally a first or good second class honours degree in a quantitative subject. Students with first degrees in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering and management science are regularly admitted, and applicants from other disciplines who can show evidence of quantitative problem solving skills are encouraged to apply.

English language

If their previous education has not been conducted in the English language, applicants will be required to sit either the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test conducted by the British Council, and achieve a balanced overall score of at least 7.0; or the internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT) of at least 100 (UKBA requirements include minimum scores in the TOEFL test).
