Programme participants
In choosing between applicants in any given year we attempt to include people with a range of different backgrounds, achievements, interests and intentions. The MSc in HR & KM programme is designed for graduates with degrees in:
- Management and Business Studies, Social Sciences (such as Sociology, Psychology, Applied Social Science, or History), Philosophy, English, Arts or other Humanities with very good grades, equivalent to 2.1 or GPA 3.2 or better.
Language requirements for applicants whose first language is not English: at least TOEFL 600 (250) or iBTOEFL 100; IELTS 7.0, with a balanced range of scores; Cambridge Proficiency grade C. Work experience is beneficial, but not compulsory.
