MSc International Business, 2004

The International Business programme is focused on developing the kind of skills and abilities needed by those working in businesses with a strong international dimension.

It therefore aims to equip students with the ability to:

  • understand key issues and recent developments in international business, including trade, foreign investment, financial markets and cross-border labour flows
  • address business problems using quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis

It is also designed to give you a rigorous analytical approach to issues and to increase your skills in problem-solving.

The range of assessed work will develop your skills in presenting oral and written work, and give you a training in research skills and methodologies to enable you to proceed to doctoral research or to conduct applied research in the workplace.
