Closing date for applications
Entry to these programmes is very competitive – typically around 7 or 8 applicants to each place. To maximise your chances of being admitted, we recommend that you apply as early as possible, and certainly before the end of June.
If you wish to be considered for a scholarship or bursary, you must ensure that your application reaches us before the end of June at the latest.
Selection process
Assessment is made on the basis of your application form, including not only your academic background and other qualifications but also your rationale for doing the programme and how it fits with your career plans. It is therefore important that you give careful thought to this part of the application form.
Offers of a place
All applications are acknowledged as quickly as possible. If we offer you a place, please respond to our offer within four weeks of receiving the formal offer letter. If this is not possible, then please tell us.
If you accept an offer of a place, you will be asked for a small deposit to confirm your place. This deposit is later deducted from the tuition fees payable at registration.
Finding out more
There is a School-wide Postgraduate Open Day once a year (usually in February), where you can talk to staff about any of the School’s taught Masters programmes.
For those based outside the UK, there may be opportunities to talk with a member of staff at one of the overseas recruitment fairs we attend, and if you would like to get a student view, a number of MSc Management alumni around the world act as informal advisers for the programme.
We also hold virtual open days throughout the year.
