Three Distinctive Variants

Lancaster offers three MBA programmes. All are international in focus, but the mode of study varies, enabling you to study either full-time, part-time or in a country outside the UK.

Full-time MBA

The Lancaster Full-time MBA is an intensive 12-month programme for managers with at least three years' professional experience and looking to make significant career changes.

It has a strong action orientation – providing three opportunities for consulting experience with UK companies – and an emphasis on leadership and international business.

Executive MBA

The Lancaster Executive MBA (EMBA) is a two-year part-time programme. Designed for experienced managers, it allows you apply your learning from the programme direct to your own work environment via consultancy-style assignments.

Teaching is delivered in 5-day residential modules at Lancaster.

The Lancaster Global MBA is a new two-year Masters programme for aspiring senior managers, taught outside the UK and in collaboration with international partners.

The programme is now being offered in three countries: India, Jordan and Singapore.

Success for Lancaster students in China-UK Entrepreneurship Competition
On 16 July, the UK-based final of the 2009-10 China-UK Entrepreneurship Competition was held at University College London. After a close contest, Gaea Naturals, a company comprising students from both the Lancaster Environment Centre and the Management School, gained second place in the Student Leaders category with their solution for recycling industrial waste water.
