NHS Advanced Learning & Leadership Programme - Day 1
The NHS Advanced Learning & Leadership programme for senior health professionals runs from October 2010 to February 2011. It is a collaboration between Lancaster University and local NHS Trusts in Cumbria and Lancashire.
The first day focuses on managing strategy development and change management, and is led by Professor Gerry Johnson.
