Jon Moulton on Company Turnarounds
Jon Moulton, CEO of venture capital firm Better Capital, gave a masterclass and guest lecture to the Lancaster MBA in March 2012. Moulton, himself a Lancaster graduate, is an acknowledged expert in company turnarounds.
