Richard Smith on Leadership in the NHS
Dr Richard Smith, Director of Ovations and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute and former editor of the BMJ (British Medical Journal) was keynote speaker at the launch of the Health Leadership Centre in Lancaster University Management School on 6 June 2008. Dr Smith presented a stimulating view of leadership in the context of the NHS.
