Graduate recruitment event at LUMS

In this video, students, employers and LUMS staff explain the value of the Meet the Employer event and some of the other ways in which LUMS helps students in their job hunting.
Meet the Employer is an informal recruitment event, designed to be of value to all students at LUMS – whether first and second-year students just beginning to think about career options, or final-year undergraduates and postgraduate students actively hunting for jobs.
The event provided students with an exceptional opportunity to find out what to expect from graduate schemes, get advice on how to approach the application process, and to talk one-to-one with recruiters to find out about their opportunities and what qualities and life skills employers are looking for.
The informal atmosphere made it a lively event and employers were delighted with the constant stream of interest in their organisations.
The event also proved to be a hit with the 200 students who attended, all eager to find out more about the organisations and the graduate opportunities they offer.
