Vacancy: Research Associate in the Gulf One Lancaster Centre for Economic Research

The Gulf One Lancaster Centre for Economic Research (GOLCER) is seeking to appoint a research associate to work on the economics of the Gulf region.
GOLCER is based in Lancaster University Management School, a six-star business school with faculty of international repute and excellence. The research agenda of the Centre includes areas such as Oil Economics and Islamic Banking. A background in either of these areas may be an added advantage. The Centre is well resourced and has a number of joint research collaborations with research centres in the Gulf region. The applicant must be willing to travel to the Gulf and work there for short but frequent periods of time. The appointee will be directly responsible to Dr Marwan Izzeldin but will also be given the opportunity to work with other staff with shared research interests.
Salary: £24,877 - £28,839
