Observer: 'If you're not a mother, you won't get on'

The Observer has run a story on Dr Caroline Gatrell's latest research, published in her recent book Embodying Women's Work. "Women with children are blamed for combining motherhood with paid work, and women with no children are sidelined and discounted because they are not mothers," said Gatrell.
