A BBC story quotes Professor Cary Cooper, who has contributed to a new report by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, which recommends that simple measures can help cut workplace stress. "You cannot underestimate the importance of saying 'Well done' to staff," says Professor Cooper, "But so often it does not happen. Managers will tell you when you are doing something wrong, but not when you are doing it right."
