The NHS is currently undergoing massive transformational change in how it will deliver future services and handle efficiency savings, whilst retaining quality and meeting growth in demand.

For the first time this autumn, LUMS will be hosting senior level health professionals from health organisations across Cumbria and Lancashire for a three-day 'Advanced Learning and Leadership Programme'. LUMS's most senior faculty, including Professors Cary Cooper, Gerry Johnson and Mike Pidd will be facilitating the programme.

Nominations for the programme need to be confirmed by the CEO of participating Acute and PCT organisations.

For more details about the NHS Advanced Learning & Leadership Programme, please contact Helen O'Donnell in the Health Leadership Centre at LUMS (h.odonnell@lancaster.ac.uk; 01524 510748).
