ESRC top rating for finance research project

ESRC-funded research by Bart Lambrecht and Grzegorz Pawlina has been awarded the highest grade (outstanding) by the Economic and Social Research Council’s review panel.
The £302,835 grant-funded research was on topic of “Investment and Financing Policy of Corporations and Households”. The overall aim of the research was to acquire a deeper understanding of the investment and financing policy of corporations and households that operate in an uncertain economic environments. The research has resulted in eight papers, of which one is already published in the Journal of Financial Economics.
