Daily Express: 'Mystery lotto winner claims £113m jackpot'

Lancaster economist Professor Ian Walker is quoted in a Daily Express story about the winning of one of Britain's biggest ever lotto prizes of £113M. As yet, no one knows whether the winner is a single person or a syndicate. "The more winners there are," says Walker, "The more it is likely to get out. If there are 10 winners, the more likely it is that one individual will spill the beans. And the more generous you are with the money, the more likely it is that the news will leak out."
