Times of India: 'A highly skilled workforce'

Research by LUMS economist Professor Geraint Johnes is featured in a story in the Times of India. Johnes' research reveals that with Indian education policy encouraging more and more people to stay on in education, there has been a shift towards a knowledge-based workforce.
