Professor Cary Cooper took part in a discussion on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on procrastination on Monday 27 August.

The Today programme discussion was in response to a Radio 4 documentary by writer Rowan Pelling, who met fellow sufferers and experts to see if there is a cure for her lifelong problem. The programme revealed that one in five people procrastinate to such an extent that it damages careers, health and relationships.
