FT: 'Negative side of positive leadership'

The Financial Times carries an opinion piece by Professor David Collinson, in which he critiques the trend towards excessive positivity, or what he calls Prozac leadership. 'The unfounded optimism of Prozac leadership can damage performance by eroding trust, communication, learning and preparedness,' says Collinson.
