The Times: 'Leadership training is a waste'

Professor John Burgoyne of the Department of Management Learning is quoted in this Times story about the value of leadership:
"'The leadership movement needs to become evidence-based rather than faith-based,' he says. 'It will either embrace the challenge, or be replaced by something hard-nosed.'"
