FT: 'The property predicament'

The FT has published an opinion piece by Robert Shiller, professor of economics and finance at Yale, in which he describes research he has undertaken jointly with Rafal Wojakowski and Mark Shackleton of Lancaster's Department of Accounting and Finance, and Shahid Ebrahim of Bangor, into new forms of private mortgage lending that would go a long way towards preventing the kind of financial crisis we have just been through.
