Graduate Recruiter: 'The intangible case of the graduate'

The February 2010 edition of Graduate Recruiter, the magazine of the Association of Graduate Recruiters, carries a report by Anthony Hesketh on new research he has led. Hesketh's research finds that graduate recruitment programmes generate a return of £5.30 for every £1 of investment, and that the average graduate pays for themselves within 20 months of starting a new job.
