Taking EMBA consulting skills into the NHS
Published 7 April 2009
The Consultancy Challenge is an intensive one-week project in which teams of Lancaster Executive MBA students work in small groups tackling a live issue for a client organisation.
In this video made in February 2009, we follow one team, working for the Upper Limb Foundation – based at Wrightington Hospital near Wigan – as they meet their client, scope out the project and describe its value in knitting together theory and practice on the Executive MBA (EMBA).
For an alternative view of the Consultancy Challenge, watch this video, in which EMBA student Martin Wallwork describes his project, working for bollard manufacturer ATG Access.
