LEAD now open to owner-managers with up 50 employees

LEAD, the ten month programme which has been specifically designed by Lancaster University Management School for owner-managers of small to medium sized businesses is now upen to owner-managers with up to 50 employees. This is a huge opportunity for many owner-managers who had not been eligible before, to join the programme. The maximum amount of staff has been increased from 20 to 50 employees; the new eligibility criteria is applicable with immediate effect.
