Jane Hasell-McCosh is the women behind the yearly Marmalade Awards and Festival, which are hosted at Dalemain Mansion and Gardens (lucky to be her home). The festival is taking place on the 25th & 26th February 2012, less than 3 weeks away and tickets are only £4.50.

Jane is part of the latest cohort of IEED's Graduate Of LEAD Development (GOLD) programme. The GOLD programme gives participants a structured approach for experimenting with having a Non-Executive Director (NED) in their company and to practise being a NED in someone else's. Meeting once a month in groups of six or seven, they simulate the role of NED within a board meeting environment and focus on delivering strategic growth.

Jane was recently featured on BBC2, 'Britain's Heritage Heroes'. She talks about her passion for marmalade and how her recipies came to be. To view the episode click here. She appears about 18 minutes 30 seconds into the programme.
