Professor Gerry Johnson writes in the Financial Times about the best way to disagree with your boss, and how conflict and 'contestation' can be productive in organisations. "It can help with innovation and creativity," writes Professor Johnson, "Without it, people come to take for granted ways of doing things that may become inappropriate over time, inefficient, even irrelevant."
