Cabinet Office crestAfter fierce competition from other leading business schools, Lancaster's Management Development Division has won an important contract from the Cabinet Office IT Academy, the organisation responsible for the training and development of IT professionals across government and the wider public sector.

The contract involves the design and delivery of two change management programmes.

The aims of the two programmes are to increase senior IT professionals’ understanding of how to engage collaboratively with, manage and successfully deliver IT contributions to high-risk, large-scale business-change projects, and to understand the impacts of decisions made.
