Profile
Having been a MBA student at Lancaster, I am very honoured to the the Director of the Full-time MBA.
My journey to Lancaster included jobs with a variety of public and private sector businesses - EDS, Hounslow Council and as General Manager of a successful small business, the Golden Hinde Educational Museum Ship, a fully working replica of Sir Francis Drake’s 16th century sailing ship. I managed all aspects of the business as the ship moved from port to port around the UK, and then spent two years setting the company up as a successful business in London.
I came to Lancaster to do the Full-time MBA, and became a founding member of the External Relations team and Deputy Director of the Full-time MBA programme. During this time I brokered LUMS membership of Business in the Community, and developed the teaching of corporate social responsibility across the school.
Since 2005 I have been in the Management Development Division working with public, private and third sector clients to design and deliver corporate leadership development programmes. I am an executive coach working with leaders across different organisations.
I am a Board member of Bolton at Home, a social housing company. I have served on the leadership team of my local church and lead a church youth group.
