Research Interests

My topics of research interest are organizational issues in Enterprise Systems adoption & use. Social networks & mobile apps use in enterpise contexts is a related area of interest.

In addition I research the contexts of E-governments, Crisis Management, Knowledge Management and Customer Relationship Management.
