Forecasting courses, training and coaching for practitioners and companies

Raised hands at forecasting workshopThe Lancaster Centre for Forecasting has a long and successful history in delivring first class forecasting education to students and to practitioners. We offer basic forecasting and demand planning courses, introducing the fundamentals of forecasting methods, processes, performance measurement, software systems and organisations to practitioners.

Alternatively, we frequently deliver in-house courses tailor-made to a particular organisation's needs, i.e. reflecting a specific class of forecasting methods from exponential smoothing to neural networks, software tutoring from Forecast Pro to SAP APO-DP, or general introductions in-house to limit off-work time.

In addition, the Lancaster Centre for Forecasting offers individual coaching on the job, giving individual or team support in forecasting projects to tackle new methods & systems, enhance existing forecasting practices for increased accuracy or bring new team members up to a desired level of knowledge.

Please contact Dr. Sven F. Crone directly to find the most suitable form of training to tackly your current organisational challenges!
