Suzanne Lamont
Suzanne Lamont spent more than a decade working within the global Organisation Development (OD) function of a major computer corporation before establishing her own OD Consulting and Executive Coaching practice in July 2010. She brings an international and cross-cultural perspective built from extensive business experience in the USA, Europe, and also in the Middle East, Singapore and Russia. She partners with business and HR leaders to lead change effectively, improve organisation and team effectiveness, enhance employee engagement and develop strategies for talent management and succession development. She is a guest lecturer on the MSc in International HRM at Glasgow Caledonian University and an Associate of Lancaster University Centre for Performance-led HR.

• Global Change Consultant
o Master Facilitator for proprietary change methodology ‘SunCAP’ based on GE CAP; supported business process (Sun Sigma) improvement and function-wide transformation projects around the world; deployed to work with external customer in support of technical deployment; led change strategy for major software acquisition

o First non-US based employee to lead corporate executive talent review process (CEO & team) and Leadership Institute for executive education
• Global Organisation Effectiveness
o Specialised in change management, team effectiveness and organisation design; Certified in Organisation Design, Marshall Business School, USC LA (one of only seven in Europe); partnered with sales and HR leaders to assess and redesign sales organizations in both emerging and mature markets (including S.Europe/Mid East/Africa; Russia & CIS and Europe); co-led corporate-wide organisation alignment review for EVP HR & CEO

o Responsible for developing the capability of the International Human Resources (IHR) organisation
