CURRICULUM DESIGN
Level: Undergraduate Year 3
Educational Aims: This 0.5 unit course continues OWT.324 for a further term and provides an examination of new debates in relation to the study of organisations, relate these to the history of organisation theory and draw out connections to other disciplines. This means becoming familiar with classic debates as well as more contemporary issues. By the end of the course students will be in a position to understand what organisation theory has contributed to understanding organisations. The course develops issues and also evaluates new approaches to the study of organisations.
