It all seems to make so much sense, but you don’t know why. It challenges the way in which you think, but you’re not sure how. You know you are learning a lot, but you’re not sure what... Then it all comes together, and you’ll never forget it.
What you take with you is not just an understanding of HR and Knowledge Management but also the ability to think about the subjects more broadly, in more depth and from a variety of perspectives. This ability offers a real competitive advantage in the workplace which should not be underestimated.
The HR & KM degree was an enjoyable and intensely thought-provoking experience for me but as with any Masters degree the rewards you take from it are intrinsically linked to the efforts you put in. I am now working as a consultant for Ernst & Young.
